By accessing or using CleanHub ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. CleanHub is operated by CleanHub Inc. ("Company", "we", "us").

2. Description of Service

CleanHub provides a business management platform for residential cleaning professionals, including scheduling, customer management, invoicing, route planning, mileage tracking, and reporting tools. The Service is offered on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

You must register for an account to access the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Free Trial and Subscriptions

CleanHub offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, continued use of the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or to interfere with the security or integrity of the Service or any third-party systems.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using CleanHub, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CleanHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our website or sending an email to the address associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
